Ingredients:
1 cup of unsalted butter - softened
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
¾ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1½ tsp. of Heirloom Cinnamon
¾ tsp. of baking soda
3 cups of old fashioned oats
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar in a stand up mixer or with an electric hand mixer.
Mash together bananas using a fork and add to the butter mixture. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed until well combined, about 1 minute.
Combine dry ingredients together: flour, baking soda, salt, and Heirloom Cinnamon. Add to wet ingredients and mix on low speed.
Add old fashioned oats and semisweet chocolate chips.
Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, add mounds of the dough to lined baking sheets.
Bake for 8-9 minutes or until slightly golden. Let cool down on wire rack before serving.
