1. Host

   We are looking for a welcoming and friendly Host to become a part of our team! 

   As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience. This position is ideal for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, understanding of how hosting impacts business economics, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a genuine passion for hospitality. We value sincere hospitality, teamwork and a passion for creating a welcoming environment, not only for our guests, but also for our staff and vendors. 

   Flexibility is required, with a schedule of 4-5 shifts per week.

   Key Responsibilities:

   • Managing seating arrangements and reservations to optimize the flow of the dining room.

   • Answering guest inquiries and sharing details about our restaurant, bar, and retail shop offerings.

   • Welcoming guests upon arrival and presenting them with menus.

   • Keeping the restaurant and shop areas clean and well-organized.

   • Coordinating with kitchen staff and servers to ensure prompt and efficient service.

   • Answering phone calls professionally to take reservations and address questions.

   • Promptly resolving guest concerns or accommodating special requests to enhance their experience.

   • Efficiently tracking guest details and managing reservations using the Toast POS system.

   Qualifications & Requirements:

   • Prior experience within the hospitality industry.

   • Familiarity with the Toast POS system.

   • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

   • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding a positive attitude.

   • Superb guest relations skills and professional phone etiquette.

   • A collaborative team player dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment and willing to step in wherever needed to guarantee guest satisfaction.

   Position Details:

   • Job Type: Part-time, with potential for full-time advancement.

   • Physical Setting: Upscale casual restaurant.

   • Schedule: Afternoon/Evening shifts.
