Experienced Server

We are looking for someone who brings sincere hospitality, strong menu knowledge, polished service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming, memorable experience for every guest. This role is ideal for a service professional who thrives in an upscale casual restaurant environment and enjoys working closely with a collaborative team.

  1. What You’ll Do

    ·       Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service from greeting through farewell.

    ·       Guide guests through food, beverage, spice, and retail offerings with confidence and enthusiasm.

    ·       Take orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.

    ·       Anticipate guest needs, maintain table awareness, and respond promptly to questions or requests.

    ·       Support a clean, organized, and inviting dining room, bar, and retail environment.

    ·       Handle guest concerns professionally and partner with leadership when needed.

    ·       Assist teammates with side work, resetting tables, restocking, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.

    What We’re Looking For

    ·       Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant required; upscale casual or fine dining experience preferred.

    ·       Strong hospitality instincts, professional communication skills, and a guest-first mindset.

    ·       Comfort working in a fast-paced service environment while staying calm, organized, and positive.

    ·       Ability to learn and speak confidently about menus, ingredients, beverages, and special offerings.

    ·       Experience using a restaurant POS system; Toast experience is a plus.

    ·       Reliable availability for afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts.

    ·       Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift or carry items as needed during service.

    Position Details

    ·       Job type: Part-time, with potential for full-time

    ·       Schedule: Lunch/Evening shifts; weekend availability required

    ·       Setting: Upscale casual restaurant, bar, retail shop, and events

    ·       Compensation: $7.50 + tip share
