An Intimate Dinner with Suzanne Caporael

Join us for a fundraiser celebrating Tandem Press artist-in-residence Suzanne Caporael. Ticket proceeds go to supporting graduate student assistantships at Tandem Press. Hosted in the warm, inviting space of The Deliciouser, the evening will feature a seasonal four-course tasting menu and wine pairings crafted by chef Patrick O’Halloran. Each guest will receive a complimentary bottle of 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon from Hamel Family Wines (Sonoma Valley), featuring a limited-edition label designed by the artist.

Join Team Deliciouser as we explore the flavors of the Mediterranean. In this workshop we will demonstrate our Deliciouser take on Chicken Shawarma featuring our Baharat Arabic seven spice. Served on flatbread with traditional vegetable accompaniments, Tahini sauce and chili oil. We’ll also demo our popular fattoush salad with summer vegetables, fresh mint and Za’atar.

Join Team Deliciouser as we celebrate the flavors of Mexico. We’ll demonstrate our Deliciouser Oaxacan enchilada sauce and smother fold over cheese enchiladas with all the fixings.
