Our immersive, hands-on cooking camps offer kids aged 7-14 an exciting culinary journey around the globe. Designed to build kitchen confidence and teamwork, our program fosters a love for international cuisine and equips young chefs with valuable, age-appropriate skills.

Each camp week (Tuesday through Friday) is dedicated entirely to the dishes and techniques of a single featured culture, providing a comprehensive and focused exploration. Each day campers will enjoy the fruits of their labors around the table with the meal they prepared.

Monthly Culinary Destinations:

Italy
June 23-26 | 9am-11am | $295/person

We're making fresh pasta and focaccia, and other highlights include making antipasti, Italian sodas and homemade gelato.

Mexico
July 21-24 | 9am-11am | $295/person

Mexican food is all about fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and sharing. We will be making classics from scratch, including rolling tortillas, mastering guacamole and salsas, and learning secrets to tamales and chilaquiles.

Asia
August 18-21 | 9am-11am | $295/person

This week we’re preparing food from several Asian countries. From sushi to spring rolls, dumplings and bao buns campers will broaden their palates, learn new skills and leave with recipes they can prepare at home.
