In collaboration with Kikuichi Cutlery, whose bladesmithing tradition dates back to the days of the samurai. This special event will highlight the precision of Kikuichi knives while exploring techniques that elevate ingredient preparation.

Join The Deliciouser team for a dumpling-making workshop with Monique Long-Lu, of the Humbling Dumpling. Born and raised in Taiwan, Monique moved to Madison in 2017 and now calls it home. Her dumpling recipes celebrate seasonal ingredients and she will be the first to incorporate our new Szechuan 5-spice blend into her dumplings. She’ll share her recipes and everyone will have a chance to make their own.

This workshop highlights the culinary potential of these regional treasures with a flavorful menu: braised lamb ragu over goat cheese polenta, complemented by a fresh spring salad.
