Join Chef Mark Wroczynski (former pastry chef at The Racquet Club of Chicago & owner of Vignette Dining Club) as he demonstrates the classic French Dessert Poires Belle Helene & a classic French Pear Tart using our "Its Mulling Time" kit. Participants will not only taste these exquisite desserts, but will take home recipes to recreate them for the holidays.

A curated selection of wine, spirit and spirit-free cocktails will be available.
