Dumpling Workshop with Monique Long-Lu, of the Humbling Dumpling

Join The Deliciouser team for a dumpling-making workshop with Monique Long-Lu, of the Humbling Dumpling. Born and raised in Taiwan, Monique moved to Madison in 2017 and now calls it home. Her dumpling recipes celebrate seasonal ingredients and she will be the first to incorporate our new Szechuan 5-spice blend into her dumplings. She’ll share her recipes and everyone will have a chance to make their own.

Menu includes:

  • Togarashier spiced edamame

  • Dumplings and dipping sauce

Curated selection of wine, spirits and spirit-free cocktails available.

Guests enjoy a 10% discount on all Deliciouser spices and featured wines. The shop and bar opens at noon, class starts at 12:30.

Tickets: $65+ 20% Service Charge on Food and Drinks

This workshop is suitable for ages 7 and up

Your $25 reservation deposit will be subtracted from your final bill.

We offer a 3% discount on final payment with cash.
