Kikuichi Knife Workshop & Tasting at The Deliciouser

The Deliciouser is bringing craftsmanship to the table with this hands-on, Saturday afternoon workshop. In collaboration with Kikuichi Cutlery, whose bladesmithing tradition dates back to the days of the samurai. This special event will highlight the precision of Kikuichi knives while exploring techniques that elevate ingredient preparation.

We’re excited to welcome Kikuichi’s Harry Rosenblum, who will showcase and demonstrate the craftsmanship behind these exceptional knives.

The workshop includes a light lunch featuring a few of our spice blends:

-Spring Vegetables with Umamier Dip – highlighting our umami-rich blend

-Roasted Salmon with Heirloom Ginger Slaw – a bright, balanced dish featuring our Heirloom Ginger blend

-A Petite Sweet – the perfect finish

Your $25 reservation deposit will be subtracted from your final bill
