Join Team Deliciouser as we welcome the flavors of spring with a hands-on Ricotta Gnocchi Workshop. Under the guidance of Chef Michelle Mau, we’ll roll delicate ricotta gnocchi seasoned with our house-blended spice, Antica. It will be paired with asparagus and peas for a fresh, vibrant dish.
The workshop will also feature a Signature Salt Spring Green Salad, celebrating the season’s best produce. Along the way, Michelle will share stories, techniques, and insights into crafting simple yet elevated dishes with bold flavors.
