Ingredients:

  • 1 head of cauliflower - cut into florets

  • ½ cup of flour

  • ½ cup of water

  • 1 Tbsp. of Bottle Rocket Spice Blend

  • ½ tsp. salt

  • ½ tsp. black pepper

  • Cooking spray

  • ¼ cup of hot sauce - used Frank’s Red Hot

  • 1 Tbsp. of melted butter

  • ½ Tbsp. of lemon juice

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.

  • Combine flour, water, Bottle Rocket, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until batter is smooth. Add water if consistency of batter is too thick - a Tbsp. at a time. Once ready, add cauliflower and toss to coat.

  • Spread cauliflower to baking sheets - try to space them out. Bake in oven for 20 minutes - flipping halfway through.

  • For the sauce, whisk hot sauce, melted butter, and lemon juice. Using a pastry brush, lightly add the sauce to the cauliflower. Place baking sheets back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
