Preheat oven to 400°F using the convection setting. Drizzle some olive oil on baking sheet pans, place aside.
Using your favorite mayonnaise, slather chicken until well coated.
Add your favorite The Deliciouser Spice Blends to your chicken and toss until well coated. Sprinkle a little salt to your preference.
Bake in oven at 400°F using the convection setting for 10 minutes. Turn temperature down to 325°F and bake for another 15 minutes.
