Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice 

  • 0.75 oz Herbes de Provence Honey Syrup

  • 2 oz State Line London Dry Gin 

  • 0.5 oz White Balsamic Vinegar (Saffi Saana)

Directions:

  • To make the honey syrup, combine and heat up 750g of honey, 600g of water and 200g of sugar.

  • To make the Herbes de Provence honey syrup, mix 10g of Herbes de Provence and 200g of honey syrup. Simmer in a pot for 10 minutes. 

  • Add lemon juice, Herbes de Provence honey syrup, gin, and white balsamic vinegar to a cocktail shaker.

  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake until the shaker is frosted 

  • Double strain into a glass filled with a large Wisco ice cube.

  • Garnish with a spoonful of Herbes de Provence honey syrup and a sprinkle of dried Herbes de Provence on top.
