Ingredients:
10 ounces goat cheese (1 large log) or soft cheese of choice
1 Tbsp. Herbes de Provence Spice Blend
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until fully mixed
Can be served as a spread in a bowl, or spread on a platter topped with chopped arugula and served with bread or crackers; as a spread for sandwiches, a topping for bagels, among many other things!
Sprinkle with Herbes de Provence to finish.
