Italian Cuisine: June 23–26, 9am-11am – We're making fresh pasta and focaccia, and other highlights include making antipasti, Italian sodas and homemade gelato.
Our immersive, hands-on cooking camps offer kids aged 7-14 an exciting culinary journey around the globe. Designed to build kitchen confidence and teamwork, our program fosters a love for international cuisine and equips young chefs with valuable, age-appropriate skills.
Each camp week (Tuesday through Friday) is dedicated entirely to the dishes and techniques of a single featured culture, providing a comprehensive and focused exploration. Each day campers will enjoy the fruits of their labors around the table with the meal they prepared.
