Join Team Deliciouser for a seafood workshop partnered with Sitka Seafood Market. Focused on seasonal ingredients and simple, approachable techniques. This class is designed to help home cooks feel confident cooking fish—without overcomplicating the process.
We’ll center the workshop around seasonal rockfish, exploring a few straightforward preparations that highlight the natural flavor of the fish while showcasing how The Deliciouser spice blends can elevate everyday seafood dishes. Guests will learn practical tips for selecting, seasoning, and cooking fish, with an emphasis on methods that are easy to replicate at home.
Chef Patrick will share his favorite Deliciouser seasoning pairings for seafood, along with guidance on building balanced flavors using minimal ingredients. As always, the experience includes a tour of our spice lab, kitchen stories, and thoughtful discussion around seasonality and technique.
Guests will leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and the confidence to bring seafood into their regular cooking rotation.
