Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 Tbsp Korean Barbecue spice blend

  • 2 Tbsp tamari

  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  • Toss the ribeye with Korean Barbecue, tamari, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Sear over high heat in a hot cast-iron skillet or on the grill until caramelized, about 1–2 minutes per side.

  • Finish with the green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with rice, lettuce wraps, kimchi, or grilled vegetables.

Deliciouser Tip: Partially freeze the beef for 20–30 minutes before slicing for thin, even pieces and the best texture.
