Ingredients
1½ lb ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Korean Barbecue spice blend
2 Tbsp tamari
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp honey (optional)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions
Toss the ribeye with Korean Barbecue, tamari, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and honey. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Sear over high heat in a hot cast-iron skillet or on the grill until caramelized, about 1–2 minutes per side.
Finish with the green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with rice, lettuce wraps, kimchi, or grilled vegetables.
Deliciouser Tip: Partially freeze the beef for 20–30 minutes before slicing for thin, even pieces and the best texture.
