Ingredients:

  • Juice of one medium lemon, approximately 3 Tbsp. 

  • 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 

  • 2 tbsp. tahini

  • 1 shallot, roughly chopped 

  • 1 lg garlic clove, smashed 

  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • Freshly ground black pepper 

  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tsp. Urfa Biber Chili Flakes

Directions:

  • Place all of the ingredients except the olive oil to the cup of a blender 

  • Place the lid on the cup and purée ingredients on high speed for 30 seconds, or until well combined 

  • With the blender still running, remove the inner cap and slowly drizzle the olive oil in a steady stream until incorporated  

  • Stir Urfa Biber Chili Flakes into finished dressing 

  • Refrigerate until ready to serve

  • Dressing will keep up to 7 days
