Ingredients:
Juice of one medium lemon, approximately 3 Tbsp.
3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. tahini
1 shallot, roughly chopped
1 lg garlic clove, smashed
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
¼ cup Greek yogurt
Pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. Urfa Biber Chili Flakes

Directions:
Place all of the ingredients except the olive oil to the cup of a blender
Place the lid on the cup and purée ingredients on high speed for 30 seconds, or until well combined
With the blender still running, remove the inner cap and slowly drizzle the olive oil in a steady stream until incorporated
Stir Urfa Biber Chili Flakes into finished dressing
Refrigerate until ready to serve
Dressing will keep up to 7 days
