Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F
Place your nuts in a large mixing bowl and set aside
Whisk together the egg white, brown sugar, salt, and Misoyaki. This is a very versatile recipe so if you don’t have Misoyaki you can substitute with another spice blend. I also made a batch with Deer Camp and Night Market.
Add the egg white and spice mixture to your nuts. Using a spatula combine the ingredients so that the eggs are evenly coated.
Using the air fryer basket, line the the basket with foil and use cooking spray to spray the surface. Add the nuts in an even layer. Try not to have the nuts at the edges of the basket to prevent burning. Cook for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, stir the nuts and cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove the basket from the sir fryer and stir the nuts one last time. Let the nuts cool completely before transferring to a container. This allows the sugar and spices to settle for a crispy bite.
