Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream 

    2 Tbsp. Confectioners sugar  

    1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract 

    Pinch kosher salt 

    ¼ Cup crème fraîche  

    2 Tbsp. Grated orange zest 

    1 Tbsp. Cracked Cubeb peppercorns, divided  

     

Directions: 

  • In a large bowl or the bowl of an electric stand mixer combine the cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and crème fraîche and whip until soft peaks form 

  • Just before serving, gently whisk in the orange zest and half of the cracked Cubeb peppercorns 

  • Serve the cream alongside your favorite fruit or chocolate desert and garnish with the remaining Cubeb peppercorns 

     

  • Yield: 2 1/2 cups
