Ingredients:
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. Confectioners sugar
1 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
¼ Cup crème fraîche
2 Tbsp. Grated orange zest
1 Tbsp. Cracked Cubeb peppercorns, divided

Directions:
In a large bowl or the bowl of an electric stand mixer combine the cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and crème fraîche and whip until soft peaks form
Just before serving, gently whisk in the orange zest and half of the cracked Cubeb peppercorns
Serve the cream alongside your favorite fruit or chocolate desert and garnish with the remaining Cubeb peppercorns
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
