Ingredients
1½ lbs walleye fillets (4–6 pieces)
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1–1½ tsp Supper Club Steak Rub
3–4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp neutral oil (canola or vegetable)
Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:
In a shallow bowl, mix flour and Supper Club Steak Rub.
Pat the walleye fillets dry.
Lightly coat each fillet in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat until the butter begins to foam.
Add the walleye and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the fish flakes easily.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Yield: 4-6 servings
