Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs walleye fillets (4–6 pieces)

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1–1½ tsp Supper Club Steak Rub

  • 3–4 Tbsp butter

  • 2 Tbsp neutral oil (canola or vegetable)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:

  • In a shallow bowl, mix flour and Supper Club Steak Rub.

  • Pat the walleye fillets dry.

  • Lightly coat each fillet in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.

  • In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-high heat until the butter begins to foam.

  • Add the walleye and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the fish flakes easily.

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
