Soft flour quesadillas – smokey tomatillo salsa, chihuahua cheese, chapulines
Pineapple and strawberry salad, with mixed greens, jicama, red onion, fresh cilantro, queso fresco, Zócalo vinaigrette
Zócalo seasoned Octopus Tostada - Pickled red onions, avocado salsa, shaved radish, and cilantro
Roasted mushroom enfrijoladas – rustic enchiladas filled with roasted mushrooms, onions, peppers and chihuahua cheese, with a rich black bean sauce
