Join team Deliciouser as we welcome back Chef Mary Kastman, former Executive Chef of Driftless Café in Viroqua, Wisconsin, and 2022 James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef. Her restaurant, Purslane Kitchen, is open in Milwaukee, and we’re thrilled to explore the flavors of Turkey together. We’ll create a menu inspired by fresh culinary ideas and perspectives gained from Chef Mary’s recent travels in Turkey. This very special evening will feature a five-course tasting menu to be informed in the moment by the chef's journey.
