Tonight’s menu features our Berbere, Vadouvan, and Hart-Beet Spice Blends, Kauai and Pacific Smoke Sea salts, Tanzania and Cubeb Peppercorns in dishes, served in our convivial, communal dinner party atmosphere.

Selection of deviled eggs – Seasoned with Berbere, Vadouvan
Smoked trout toast points with lemon caper dill sauce
Beer battered cheese curds with house made Signature ranch dip
Grilled bratwurst bites with whole grain mustard sauce
Chopped salad with applewood smoked bacon, petite tomatoes, red onion, French dressing and crumbled blue cheese
Pacific Smoke seasoned, pan seared great lakes walleye with wild mushrooms, lemon, cream and wilted spinach
Butter basted supper club steaks, smashed fingerling potatoes, fresh herbs, crisp onion strings, Hart- Beet horseradish cream
