Ingredients:
¼ cup Marsala wine
¼ cup sugar
4 large egg yolks
Pinch of salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
⅛ tsp. Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp. Antica Spice Blend

Directions:
Fill a medium sized saucepan halfway with water, bring to a simmer
In a heatproof bowl whisk together Marsala, Antica spice blend, sugar, yolks and salt
Place bowl over simmering water and whisk constantly until custard thickens and forms ribbons, refrigerate until chilled
Whip cream with vanilla and salt until soft peaks
Fold whipped cream into chilled custard
