Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Marsala wine 
- ¼ cup sugar 
- 4 large egg yolks 
- Pinch of salt 
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream 
- ⅛ tsp. Vanilla extract 
- Pinch of salt 
- 1 Tsp. Antica Spice Blend

Directions:
- Fill a medium sized saucepan halfway with water, bring to a simmer 
- In a heatproof bowl whisk together Marsala, Antica spice blend, sugar, yolks and salt 
- Place bowl over simmering water and whisk constantly until custard thickens and forms ribbons, refrigerate until chilled 
- Whip cream with vanilla and salt until soft peaks 
- Fold whipped cream into chilled custard
