Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Marsala wine

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 4 large egg yolks

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ⅛ tsp. Vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 Tsp. Antica Spice Blend

Directions:

  • Fill a medium sized saucepan halfway with water, bring to a simmer

  • In a heatproof bowl whisk together Marsala, Antica spice blend, sugar, yolks and salt

  • Place bowl over simmering water and whisk constantly until custard thickens and forms ribbons, refrigerate until chilled

  • Whip cream with vanilla and salt until soft peaks

  • Fold whipped cream into chilled custard
