Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats

  • ½ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

  • ½ cup pepitas

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup sesame seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. cacao nibs

  • ¼ cup coconut oil, warmed to liquify

  • 2 Tbsp. honey

  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract

  • 2 tsp. Antica Spice Blend

  • 1 ½ tsp. Heirloom Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp. Salt

  • 1 egg white

  • ½ cup dried tart cherries or dried blueberries

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  • In a large mixing bowl combine oats, coconut and seeds

  • In another bowl whisk together the coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract salt and spices

  • Fold the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to coat

  • Gently whisk the egg white and fold into the granola mixture

  • Spread granola mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet, bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown

  • Allow to cool completely before breaking granola into clumps, add the dried fruit and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
