Ingredients
2 ½ cups rolled oats
½ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup pepitas
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs
¼ cup coconut oil, warmed to liquify
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
½ tsp. Vanilla extract
2 tsp. Antica Spice Blend
1 ½ tsp. Heirloom Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
1 egg white
½ cup dried tart cherries or dried blueberries

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In a large mixing bowl combine oats, coconut and seeds
In another bowl whisk together the coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, vanilla extract salt and spices
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry and mix to coat
Gently whisk the egg white and fold into the granola mixture
Spread granola mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet, bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Allow to cool completely before breaking granola into clumps, add the dried fruit and store in an airtight container for up to two weeks
