Vietnamese cinnamon is prized for its high oil content, intense sweetness and bright spiciness with complex notes of honey, brown butter and orange blossoms. Heirloom Loureiroi cinnamon is hand harvested and sun dried at altitude in the highlands of central Vietnam.
