A bold, yet delicate superfood blend of organic beetroot, Icelandic sea kelp, Vietnamese ginger and coarse sea salt. Crafted especially for seafood, although versatile enough to complement any lighter dish.

We created this blend as a nod to our dear friend, and talented chef, Terry Hart. The bright and aromatic flavors represent his lively and kind heart.

Main Ingredients: Ginger, sea kelp, beetroot powder, and salt other spices.

Deliciouser with: all types of seafood, cured salmon, vinaigrettes and sauces
