Ingredients:

  • 2 Arctic Char fillets

DIRECTIONS:

  • Slice the Arctic Char lengthwise, separating the belly from the top loin, and carefully remove the skin from each fillet.

  • Wrap the top loin and refrigerate; reserve for cooked preparation or later use.

  • Generously coat the belly portion with Hart-Beet on all sides.

  • Wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 and up to 48 hours.

  • Slice thinly on the bias and serve with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
