Hand harvested, wild Tuscan fennel pollen combined with Spain’s famous sun-dried and smoked hot paprika and Mediterranean sea salt for a refined finish to any dish.

Suggested Uses:
Dry rub for wild game, steak, chicken and pork
Add to buttermilk brine for roasted chicken
Make steak Florentine by rubbing thick cut T-bone steaks with olive oil and Siena and grilling over a live fire, serve rare
Season roasted root vegetables
Use with pan fried white fish, walleye, salmon and bass
Whip with 1 egg white and toss with unsalted cashews or pecans, roast in a low oven for 12-15 minutes
Season roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon
Great with roasted winter squash and pumpkin
Add to roasted mushrooms with olive oil, garlic and parsley
Season roasted cherry tomatoes, with olive oil, garlic and a splash of red wine vinegar
