Ingredients:
1 pound Cod, cut into fillets
1 Tbsp. Oaxaca Spice Blend
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. olive oil
2 tsp. butter
For the Avocado Sauce:
1 ripe avocado
½ cup cilantro, chopped roughly
1 jalapeno pepper (or to taste), chopped roughly
2 green onions, chopped roughly
1 Tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
To make the Avocado Sauce:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and purée until smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water and purée again.
For the Cod Fillet:
Combine Oaxaca and flour together in a small bowl.
Lay the fish on a pan and cover both sides liberally with the seasoning blend.
Melt butter and olive oil over medium-low heat. When hot, add the fish and cook approximately 5 minutes per side. At this heat, the fish will blacken and cook thoroughly and not burn the spices.
Top the fish with avocado sauce and serve with lime and fresh greens.
