Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup ketchup 

  • 1 cup water 

  • ¾ cup rice wine vinegar 

  • ¾ cup tomato paste 

  • ¾ cup brown sugar 

  • 2/3 cup corn syrup 

  • ½ cup pure maple syrup 

  • 4 Tbsp. honey 

  • 3 Tbsp. molasses 

  • 1 Tbsp. PACIFIC SMOKE SALT 

  • 1 Tbsp. MORITA CHILI FLAKES 

  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 

  • 1 ½ tsp. soy sauce 

  • 2 Tbsp. BOTTLE ROCKET SPICE BLEND   

Directions:

  • Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium nonreactive saucepan and blend well.  Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.  Allow the sauce to cool, then transfer to a tightly covered jar or plastic container.  Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
