Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup ketchup
1 cup water
¾ cup rice wine vinegar
¾ cup tomato paste
¾ cup brown sugar
2/3 cup corn syrup
½ cup pure maple syrup
4 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. PACIFIC SMOKE SALT
1 Tbsp. MORITA CHILI FLAKES
1 ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. BOTTLE ROCKET SPICE BLEND

Directions:
Combine all the sauce ingredients in a medium nonreactive saucepan and blend well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the sauce to cool, then transfer to a tightly covered jar or plastic container. Store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
