Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion, diced (approximately 1 cup) 

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved 

  • 2 large cucumbers, chopped 

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced 

  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced 

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro and mint leaves 

  • 1 tsp. Aleppo pepper flakes 

  • 1 Tbsp. Vadouvan vinegar 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Vadouvan spice blend and lemon wedges to garnish 

Directions:

  • In a large mixing bowl toss all ingredients together and mix until thoroughly coated 

  • Serve with a dusting of Vadouvan spice blend and fresh lemon wedges 

  • Yield: Serves 6-8
