Ingredients:
1 red onion, diced (approximately 1 cup)
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 large cucumbers, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped cilantro and mint leaves
1 tsp. Aleppo pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. Vadouvan vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Vadouvan spice blend and lemon wedges to garnish

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl toss all ingredients together and mix until thoroughly coated
Serve with a dusting of Vadouvan spice blend and fresh lemon wedges
