Ingredients:

  • 1 large shallot, peeled and sliced 

  • 1 large clove garlic, peeled and sliced 

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise 

  • ¼ cup seasoned rice wine vinaigrette 

  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • ½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper 

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 

  • Tbsp. MEZZOGIORNO SPICE BLEND 

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a blender except for olive oil and MEZZOGIORNO SPICE BLEND 

  • Purée the mixture on high speed for one minute, slowly drizzle the olive oil into the vinaigrette 

  • Pour the vinaigrette into a clean container and stir the MEZZOGIORNO SPICE BLEND into the dressing  

  • Yield: 6-8 servings
