Ingredients:
1 large shallot, peeled and sliced
1 large clove garlic, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup seasoned rice wine vinaigrette
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of salt
½ tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Tbsp. MEZZOGIORNO SPICE BLEND
Directions:
Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a blender except for olive oil and MEZZOGIORNO SPICE BLEND
Purée the mixture on high speed for one minute, slowly drizzle the olive oil into the vinaigrette
Pour the vinaigrette into a clean container and stir the MEZZOGIORNO SPICE BLEND into the dressing
Yield: 6-8 servings
