  • Heat a large heavy bottomed skillet over high heat.

  • Add the olive oil to the pan. When rippling, add the mushrooms and onion and stir to coat.

  • Allow the mushrooms to sear undisturbed for one minute; when well browned, stir to continue cooking through.

  • Season with Pacific Smoke and Morita to taste.

  • Add the apple cider vinegar and swirl until evaporated.

  • Remove from heat and serve.
