A Little Southern Hospitality Bar Takeover Dinner

 Join The Deliciouser crew, Wollersheim Winery, and State Line Distillery as we enter 2024 with an amazing Southern Hospitality Six Course Dinner perfect for gathering with friends and loved one's during this post-holiday season. Our menu tonight will feature our newest spice blend, Creole Cottage along with Deliciouser favorites such as Antica, Morita, Dayboat, and Signature Seasoning. Wollersheim Winery and State Line Distillery will be taking over our bar giving guests the opportunity to try some wonderful Wisconsin made wines/spirits and to meet the amazing makers behind them.

  • Benton's Country Ham, Petite Buttermilk Biscuits, Antica Chicken Liver Mousse Butter

  • Creole Cottage Gumbo, Holy Trinity, Shrimp, Andouille

  • Bitter Greens, Winter Citrus, Toasted Pecans, Morita Chili Buttermilk Dressing

  • Dayboat Spiced Filet of Market Fish, Bomba Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Fennel, Thyme, Gold Potatoes

  • Live Fire Cooked Creole Cottage Brined Pork Tenderloin, Winter Squash Puree, Braised Greens, Shallots, Applewood Bacon, Cider Vinegar

  • Apple Tart Tatin, Antica Ice Cream, Bourbon Syrup

A curated selection of wine, spirit and spirit-free cocktails available.

Guests enjoy a 10% discount on all Deliciouser spices.
