An exploration of the spice trade, with special guest Luke Zahm of Viroqua's Driftless Cafe and host of PBS Wisconsin’s, Wisconsin Foodie. We’ll follow the paths of the first spice traders crafting a one of a kind menu based on traditional spice blends as seen through a modern lens.
This special five course collaborative dinner will take place at The Deliciouser in Madison on Wednesday, March 26th and will be repeated Sunday, April 6th at The Driftless Cafe in Viroqua*.
This secret menu will be revealed upon arrival. Informed by the season, the spice trade and the best Wisconsin products.
