In honor of Scotland's beloved poet, Robert Burns, we’ll present a five course menu highlighting traditional Scottish cuisine with a Deliciouser twist. Featuring whisky flights and cocktails worthy of Rabbie Burns himself.
Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland, Ben learnt to cook at home with his Mum before honing his skills in restaurants across The Shore in Leith, Edinburgh, and then moving into providing at-home dining experiences. With a preference for locally sourced ingredients Ben enjoys showcasing traditional Scottish, British and international cuisine.
