Mediterranean salad – cucumbers, petite tomatoes, red onions, chickpeas, sheep’s milk feta, citrus vinaigrette, Za’atar, mint, swift of hummus
Berbere spiced King salmon wrapped in grape leaves, roasted cauliflower, labneh, olive oil, herbs
Olive oil cake, lemon, rosemary, berries, honey
