Chef Tory Miller and Chef Patrick O’Halloran will each craft courses inspired by the kitchens, mentors, and moments that defined their culinary paths. From early sparks of inspiration, to plates that set the tone for entire restaurants.

Expect nostalgic technique meeting modern expression, personal stories woven into each bite, and the kind of intentional, soulful cooking that only comes from decades behind the line. This 5-course collaboration will be a reflection: two chefs looking back in order to create something entirely new. Seats are limited for this special night of memory, craft, and conversation.
