We have had the good fortune to visit his world renowned butcher shop and to dine at Solociccia, where Dario's menu represents the way a Tuscan butcher cooks. This abundant menu is served family style in the traditional Tuscan manner.

Tonight’s menu features: our SEINA, MEZZOGIORNO, SUPER TUSCAN and ANTICA spice blends BARISTA and FLEUR DE SEL - sea salts in dishes, served in our convivial, communal dinner party atmosphere.

• Fett’unta - hearty grilled bread, olive oil and garlic, Prosciutto cotto with Tonnato sauce, Landmark Creamery Pecorino Cheese, Marinated olives, Whipped Crema Paradiso - Nueske bacon, tuscan vinegar and fresh rosemary

Dinner - served family style

• Italian Chopped Salad with Creamy Mezzogiorno Vinaigrette

• Bomba Roasted Summer Market Vegetables

• Mixed Grill of Buttermilk Brined Super Tuscan Chicken, Siena Brined Pork Loin Espresso rubbed Ribeye Steaks, salsa verde
