Join us for a unique lunch workshop where Chef Patrick O’Halloran elevates the humble quesadilla with his signature techniques and The Deliciouser’s bold spice blends. Each year Chef Patrick creates a humble quesadilla into something bold and flavorful. This year he is swapping traditional tortillas for tender, peak-flavor Swiss chard leaves. He’ll share some of his favorite Mexican cooking techniques and stories from his travels to Mexico. This hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to fill, fold, and cook this vibrant dish, and watch as he demonstrates our smoked Morita Chili salsa and rich Oaxaca spiced mole.
You’ll also enjoy a side of sweet corn street corn dip seasoned with our Zócalo spice blend—a warm, bright complement to the dish. Enjoy a dish that proves beauty and bold flavor can share the same plate.
