Join Luke Zahm, James Beard nominated chef-patron of The Driftless Café Viroqua, WI, and Host of Wisconsin Foodie on PBS as he guides guests through a unique meditative dining experience building on the research and science of Dr. Richard Davidson at the Center for Healthy Minds (located on the UW Campus in Madison), this work focuses largely on the “Unified Theory of the Happy Brain”, using food as a connective medium to play in the human neuro-plastic response. Sure to be a memorable night, our Deliciouser crew will be creating a fantastic menu sourcing Wisconsin products and ingredients to satisfy the soul.
