Join us for a truly special evening celebrating the best of Wisconsin’s harvest. This five-course dinner features chickens raised exclusively for The Deliciouser by our dear friends and local farmers, Steve & Kelly Lagman of One Seed Farm. They have often supplied us with their beautiful produce and have raised 20 chickens specifically for this dinner. They’ll be carefully processed by the Amish and prepared by our chefs here at The Deliciouser.

The menu is a journey through the turning seasons, where summer’s warmth fades gently into autumn’s glow. While these thoughtfully raised birds will anchor the meal, each dish is crafted to showcase vegetables sourced from various Wisconsin farms at their peak, seasoned with The Deliciouser spice blends to amplify their flavors and let every ingredient shine. It’s the story of the season, told one bite at a time.
