• Vegetable crudités, Tastes Like Victory dip, eggs mayonnaise, Lake Superior gold caviar

• Dayboat Spiced Shrimp Cocktail, lemon cheek

• Roasted Oyster Mushroom salad, goat cheese crouton, Champagne vinaigrette

• Pan Seared Walleye, Signature Seasoned pan sauce – family style gratin of cauliflower

• Pavlova, Door County cherry sauce, heirloom cinnamon, whipped cream

A curated selection of wine, spirit and spirit-free cocktails available.
