Ingredients
1 cup diced pineapple
4 oranges, supremed
½ cup jicama, diced
6 radishes, thinly sliced
Pinch of Zócalo spice blend
1 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided
¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves
12 ounces mixed greens
Chipotle chili vinaigrette
Fresh cilantro leaves and Zócalo spice blend to garnish

Directions:
In a large salad bowl add the pineapple, oranges, jicama and radishes, season lightly with Zócalo spice blend
Add half of the feta cheese, cilantro and the salad greens to the mixture and lightly dress with the vinaigrette
Garnish the salad with the remaining feta cheese, additional cilantro and a dusting of Zócalo spice blend
