Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple

  • 4 oranges, supremed

  • ½ cup jicama, diced

  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced

  • Pinch of Zócalo spice blend

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided

  • ¼ cup roughly chopped cilantro leaves

  • 12 ounces mixed greens

  • Chipotle chili vinaigrette 

  • Fresh cilantro leaves and Zócalo spice blend to garnish

Directions:

  • In a large salad bowl add the pineapple, oranges, jicama and radishes, season lightly with Zócalo spice blend

  • Add half of the feta cheese, cilantro and the salad greens to the mixture and lightly dress with the vinaigrette

  • Garnish the salad with the remaining feta cheese, additional cilantro and a dusting of Zócalo spice blend
