Join The Deliciouser crew as we celebrate the release of our new Baharat Spice Blend with James Beard nominated chef Mary Kastman of The Driftless Café Viroqua, WI. Baharat is a Mediterranean spice blend that takes on warm, earthy notes, and can be used as a dry rub for grilling meats, added to marinade and dip recipes, and used as a seasoning for beef, lamb, chicken, seafood, and vegetables. This evening Mary will bring her signature style from Viroqua to The Deliciouser to create a scrumptious five course meal highlighting the flavors of the Mediterranean.

  • Beet Tartare, Roasted beets, Charmoula, Apricot Brown Butter, Fried Ginger

  • Fattoush - Toasted Pita, Greens, Radishes, Green Onions, Chickpeas, Sheep’s Milk Feta, Mint, Tahini Vinaigrette, Za’atar

  • Baharat Spiced Swordfish Shish, Saffron Labne, Crabmeat Pilav

  • Berbere Spiced Lamb, Eggplant, Pomegranate, Pine Nuts, Herbs, Hummus

  • Chocolate Tahini Torte, Halvah Ice Cream, Pistachio Fairy Floss
