Join team Deliciouser as we once again collaborate with legendary local mixologist and founder of The Gin Pennant pop-up cocktail bar, Professor Martin Foys.

Tonight’s menu features our (Hart Beet, Pacific Smoke, Dayboat, Umamier, & Deer Camp) spice blends in dishes, served in our convivial, communal dinner party atmosphere. Martin will be offering a menu of paired (pocket-sized) Gin Pennant cocktails available for an additional cost.

Welcome Cocktail or Mocktail (included in the ticket price)
One bar snack

Cocktail: Beet Box (optional)
Dish #1: Hart-Beet Cured Salmon, Apple, fennel, Dill

Cocktail: White Negroni (optional)
Dish #2: Pacific Smoke roasted mushrooms, bitter greens, Umamier, lardons

Cocktail: Bronx Braiser (optional)
Dish #3: Butter Basted Sea scallops, Dayboat, petite potatoes, citrus, thyme

Cocktail: Blood and Sand (optional)
Dish #4: Deer Camp Rubbed Strip Loin, braised short rib, roasted dark berries, sumac, orange

Cocktail: Nut Hut (optional)
Dessert: Bittersweet chocolate, Hazelnuts, smoked sea salt, custard

Guests enjoy a 10% discount on all Deliciouser spices.

Dinner $85 + taxes and fees
Cocktail Pairing - additional $45 which can be added on the evening of the event.
