We’re thrilled to be cooking with so many local products this week as we welcome springtime in Wisconsin! We’ll feature Lake Superior Gold caviar from Bodin Fisheries in Bayfield, baby greens from Vitruvian Farms, cheese from Landmark Creamery and more seasonal produce from our network of farmers, plus local spring lamb and Door County cherries all as part of a five-course menu!
