Herbal Citrus Salt
This is our house blend of sea salt with a bold mix of coarsely ground herbs, spices and a pop of citrus.
Main Ingredients: sea salt, citrus peel, black lime powder, and coriander
Deliciouser with: grilled beef and pork, roasted chicken, quail and duck, eggs, green vegetables, fresh fruit, shrimp, snapper, halibut, salmon, fresh or sautéed greens

Serving Suggestions:
Season sautéed shrimp, with garlic, butter, olive oil and parsley
Use with roasted and grilled chicken and lamb
Use in any and all egg dishes
Season steamed vegetables with butter & Signature Salt- Jess changed all to Sig Salt/took out “seasoned”
Mix into tuna salad with mayonnaise, avocado and giardiniera
Toast or grill bread, top with smashed avocado, a liberal drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of Signature Salt
Use as a finishing salt on carved steaks, roasts and poultry just before serving
Add to melted butter and toss with stovetop popcorn
Toss with roasted root vegetables
Dress a simple green salad with olive oil, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and Signature Salt for an unexpected pop of flavor and texture
Toss with sautéed green vegetables
Season grilled salmon with olive oil and Signature Salt
Add to unsalted butter and serve with warm crusty bread
Slice fresh tomatoes and top with olive oil and Signature Salt
