Directions:

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl, add hummus and spices, mix well. Allow the spices to bloom for 30 minutes before serving.  

  • Swirl hummus onto a serving plate, top with olive oil, and garnish with a sprinkle of spice and a scattering of fresh herbs.

  • Serve with crackers, pretzels, warm flat breads or fresh vegetables.

  • Yield: 4 to 6  servings
