Ingredients
5 oz hummus
1 ½ tsp. or to taste Aleppo Chili Flakes (or Urfa Biber, Berbere, Baharat, Ras el Hanout, Za’ atar) additional for garnish
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. each of freshly chopped mint and dill to garnish (optional)

Directions:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add hummus and spices, mix well. Allow the spices to bloom for 30 minutes before serving.
Swirl hummus onto a serving plate, top with olive oil, and garnish with a sprinkle of spice and a scattering of fresh herbs.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, warm flat breads or fresh vegetables.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
